司法精神病学鉴定中工作方法及思维方法的研究现状

【摘要】The forensic psychiatry assessment is not only the main task but also the resources of devolpment of forensic psychiatry. It is difficulty to make a proper diagnosis and responsibility in forensic practice. How to keep the forensic professional advice scientific and objectivity? Today,more and more forensic psychiatrists have understood the importance of the scientific methodology in providing a correct expertise. In this article, combining specialization and complication of criminal responsibility, methodology of professional as sessment and features of reexamination,the current research status of work methods and thought model in forensic psychiatry assessment were reviewed.
